How to access my email in Plesk panel?

To access your email in the Plesk panel, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Open your web browser and navigate to your Plesk panel login page. This is typically accessed by appending :8443 to your domain name or server IP address (e.g., https://yourdomain.com:8443).

Step 2: Enter your Plesk panel username and password to log in. If you are unsure of your login credentials, contact your hosting provider or server administrator.

Step 3: In the Plesk panel dashboard, Click on the Mail tab or Mail Accounts icon to access the mail management page.

Step 4: On the mail management page, you will see a list of existing email accounts associated with your domain. Locate the email account you want to access and click on it to open its settings.

Step 5: In the email account settings, you will find options to access the email account using webmail or configure it with email clients like Outlook or Thunderbird.

Step 6: To access the email account through webmail, look for the Webmail option or icon associated with the email account. Click on it to open the webmail interface.

Step 7: Plesk provides different webmail clients like Horde, Roundcube, and MailEnable. Choose the webmail client you prefer by clicking on its respective icon or link.

Step 8: The webmail client will open in a new browser tab. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password associated with the selected email account.

Step 9: Enter your email address and password and click on the Login or Sign In button to access your email account.

Step 10: Once logged in, you will have access to your email inbox, where you can read, send, and manage your emails using the webmail client's interface.
