To restore a backup file that you already have on your system, please follow these steps:
First, make sure your backup file is in the correct format that DirectAdmin expects.
Upload the backup file to your hosting account s backup directory using FTP or the file manager.
Log in to your DirectAdmin control panel and go to the Create/Restore Backup section.
In the restore option, your uploaded backup file should appear. Select it and follow the on-screen instructions to restore your email data.
